Developed by ACE, a recognized leader in industrial damping technology, this app allows users to perform quick and straightforward measurements of vibrations within a frequency range up to 50 Hz.

It offers a clear overview of current vibration levels in the vertical direction and provides initial recommendations for mitigation strategies based on the measurement data. Additionally, the app features a customized damping suggestion function, which considers specific machine parameters such as weight, support points, and desired isolation effectiveness. All collected data can be systematically archived for future reference.

The user interface is designed for ease of use, enhanced by an instructional demo video that assists users in navigating the application effectively. While the "VibroChecker" is a useful aid for preliminary evaluation and planning, it employs a simplified physical model—approximating the system as a single mass oscillator with uniform mass distribution—and does not replace detailed, calibrated onsite measurements conducted with specialized equipment.
